About the role
The Position:
The Recovery Support Program in the Eastern Region was funded in July 2021 in response to the June 2021 storms which effected a number of regions in the Outer Eastern Council Areas. The program delivers Case Management, Care Co-ordination and advocacy to residents who have been impacted by the storms and requiring either low, moderate or high level support.
The program functions from a hybrid model, outreach support to residents as well as office based and Working from home arrangements.
The successful candidate will be joining a passionate and dedicated team of clinicians who work collaboratively with local council, BRV, DFFH and community services.
