At Outback Stores, we aspire to be the Australian remote retailer of choice within some of the most beautiful and remote communities across Australia. How do we do this? By providing an uninterrupted supply of delicious and nutritious affordable food. Our objective is to make a positive difference in the
health, employment, and economy of remote aboriginal communities.

Our store management teams operate across 43 remote communities across the Northern Territory, New South Wales, South and Western Australia.

We are looking for store management couples and singles to bring a mixed skillset, with a combination of retail experience in the FMCG environment (a minimum of two years). We have an opportunity in our Warmun store as well as on our relief team.

 

Between the two of you, you will have:

  • An understanding of rostering and staff allocation
  • Administration and financial management skills
  • Sound customer service and relationship building skills
  • A passion for training and developing local staff
  • Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn new software
  • A full clean Australian Drivers Licence
