Guide Dogs Australia is an iconic not-for-profit organisation and one of Australia’s most trusted charities. Through its state-based organisations, Guide Dogs assists children, teenagers, and the elderly who are blind or have low vision to gain freedom and independence, become active and involved members of the community, and fulfil their potential.

Reporting to the National Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will support major existing national partnerships and key corporate supporters to ensure that agreed partnership milestones and deliverables are achieved. You will provide stewardship, development and reporting for and about national partnerships, and project manage events, campaigns, collaborations and activations on their behalf. You will monitor and report on partnership satisfaction through regular relationship audits, identify new opportunities for growth to maximise potential, income, value and creativity, and deliver mutually beneficial partnership outcomes.

As the first point of contact for any existing partnership-related enquires from Guide Dogs across Australia, you will play a key role in keeping the key corporate partnership contacts in each the state informed of corporate partnership activity.

You will be a collaborative and outcomes-focussed person with demonstrated success in managing a corporate account portfolio of major partners and brands within a complex NFP or corporate environment. Creative thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail and project management skills are essential, along with excellent communication, influencing, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. A tertiary qualification in a related field such as Marketing, Business or Fundraising is required, and an understanding of cause-related marketing campaigns, shared value, fundraising, gifts in kind and workplace giving is highly regarded.
