Education & Social Impact Manager

Maternity Leave Position – 14 month contract commencing February 2022

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive person to lead, manage, develop and provide leadership of the education delivery team.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and promoting a culture of educational leadership and excellence, managing the development, delivery, assessment and effectiveness of all program quality and impact across the program delivery team.

Delivering on our strategic plan intent, you will lead the team, through a developing team leader structure in facilitating high quality programs, continually meeting the needs of our valued school customers and providing support and skill development for the education team.

In addition, we have exciting product development for sexual health, student leadership and preschool that were rolled out in 2021. This role will continue the growth and development and success of these programs.

You will be required to travel occasionally in order to manage and oversee the quality assurance of programs available to school communities across Victoria.

You will also be involved in high level strategies and relationship development with external providers and partners including the Victorian Department of Education, local regional committees and others.

The successful candidate will be someone who takes a highly organised approach to managing themselves and others, works effectively with people, has a strong ability to work within a small team and leads a large remote workforce.

You will have experience in leading and mentoring, the ability to coach and develop others to achieve their goals and work to meet the organisation’s goals and objectives.
