About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who can plan, develop and deliver the day-to-day marketing and communications requirements & create resources of The Song Room, accessing all available channels for our campaigns. The role will be active in maintaining the Song Room’s websites (www.songroom.org.au and www.artslive.com.au). You must be able to multi-task using project management skills to meet strict deadlines, and will be responsible for the coordination of content and graphic design of The Song Room collateral.
This is a flexible Part-Time role available at 0.6 FTE (24 hours), ideally available across 4-5 days. You will work with the Head of Marketing and Communications, our Social Media consultant and work collaboratively with the wider Song Room team.

You are driven to succeed and passionate about making a real difference in shaping the future of children’s ongoing learning. You will be an integral part of our marketing team, owning your work and striving for the best possible outcomes.
You know marketing and produce quality work on time and to a high standard. You work well in a team environment but are also self-motivated and have developed initiative & self-drive to complete multiple projects on a daily basis. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, digital marketing & collateral production and a good eye for brand management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
