In this exciting new role, you will focus on cascading our strategy into operational plans to deliver our ambitious goals, prepare reporting against our strategy and drive organisation and business improvement that contribute to enhancing our work with the most marginalised communities in the world.

Let’s talk about you 

You will thrive as our Organisational Performance Lead if you have:

  • The ability to think strategically, analyse information and trends to develop and implement innovative and practical solutions that respond to the organisational needs
  • A passion for data- data collection, collation and analysis to tell the story of an organisation and its impact
  • As an experienced leader, you will model good leadership to inspire direction in the delivery of business improvements to motivate staff fostering collaboration, innovation, accountability and teamwork.
  • You will possess relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive industry experience along with high level communication skills to form strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • You will undertake your work in a way that balances the focus on both outcomes and process in a way to ensure objectives are met in a repeatable and accountable fashion

Every day is different in this role and you could be:

  • Driving a program to develop the strategic and annual planning process to ensure effective implementation of operational plans
  • Developing and reporting on organisational performance to the Leadership Team and Board
  • Acting as the subject matter expert in a specialised area, being the central point for all requests within the specialisation, giving advice to partners and leaders
