About the opportunity
We have an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and experienced person to work with a highly reputable and iconic community services organization. This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Community Engagement unit for Employment Services including School Leaver Employment Supports. The position is based in Footscray however it may require some travel to other sites in Victoria as required.

About you
You’re a motivated and proactive administrator with experience supporting a Community Engagement business unit. You have engaging customer service skills and demonstrate active listening. You are able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as great computer literacy.
You enjoy providing administrative support to teams and have previously worked in a similar role.
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing / Business Administration are desirable.
