About the role
Interested in contributing to COVID response whilst working from home?
We are growing our fantastic team of nurses and AHPs. Do you have experience in chronic disease management, care of people with COVID, telehealth models or care and/or respiratory medicine?
We are providing the COVID positive pathways program(CPP) in partnership with Austin Health.
CPP is a telephonic assessment and support service for people who have tested positive for COVID but are well enough to remain at home.
There are established protocols, training, and ongoing support as well as the opportunity to work onsite occasionally for those who would like to do so.
I am seeking expressions of interest from:
- Grade 2/3a RNs
- ENs
- Grade 2 allied health professionals
- Social workers and social work students
All roles are initially part-time and casual, but there may be the opportunity for some fixed-term contracts in the future
