About the role
The Role
Reporting to the Executive Director, People and Culture, the Manager, Employee Relations is a dynamic and exciting senior position, responsible for leading the Employee Relations Team to provide high caliber Industrial and Employee Relations processes, practices and advice to meet organisational needs and statutory requirements, Critical is the ability to build strong relationships both within and external to Yooralla and contribute to the development and implementation of the Yooralla Strategic Plan and Yooralla People Strategy
The Applicant
The preferred applicant will possess:
- Extensive experience in employment relations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to influence and mentor
