As part of our NDIS team based in the Maroondah, Knox and Southern regions of Victoria and an office in ACT, EACH is looking for an NDIS Manager to develop this newly created role and ‘make their mark’ in this NDIS program.

 


What you’ll be doing

In any given day you might be developing, managing, and leading successful and sustainable NDIS Therapy Services across all relevant geographies across Australia.

You will be working with a group of Allied Health and Education Team Leaders who specialise in School Age Therapies in the ACT, Childhood intervention services for 0-6 year olds, Mental Health Occupational Therapists, and Specialist Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners Team currently servicing customers in Melbourne Metropolitan Region.

This role will be accountable for developing, supporting and leading the NDIS Therapy Services Leadership Team and individual team members to deliver best practice, consistent, compliant and high-quality therapeutic services.

In this position, a knowledge of the NDIS, project management, short to medium term supports in an early childhood setting, and of operating within a budget and achieving performance targets will be important.

Reporting to the National NDIS Manager and working with other professionals within a variety of disciplines, our team is dedicated to giving clients the best possible support.
