Non executive Trustee board member

Freemasons Victoria Holdings Ltd, a company limited by guarantee, acts as trustee for the United Grand Lodge of Victoria. As trustee the company plays a significant governance role in oversight of the strategic financial management of the Freemasons Victoria organisation, its statewide property portfolio, investment portfolio, information technology, and member related services.

Freemasons Victoria comprises around 7,500 members and who are spread across metropolitan and country areas of the State. Members are active in their communities supporting others through fund raising and projects.

Freemasons Victoria Holdings Ltd is seeking to appoint 2 (two) independent non-executive directors with commercial acumen and experience in the areas of financial management, property management or IT. These appointments are intended to compliment the present board of 3 member representatives, and is an exciting initiative for the Freemasons Victoria organisation.
