About the opportunity
Uniting are looking for a confident, experienced, customer focused receptionist for our Sale office. The role is Max term part- time, until June 2022. . We are seeking a welcoming, front desk receptionist and switchboard operator with excellent communication and computer skills and local knowledge or the ability to source information. The position involves aspects of banking, arranging building and office supplies and general administration duties.
About you
You have experience in customer service, ability to learn and undertake routine office procedures and practices and participate in a multi-skilling learning environment and self-managing team. You will have experience in reception, administration work, cash handling procedures and have local knowledge or the ability to source information and ability to relate positively to a large range of people from diverse backgrounds.
