About the role

Working at EACH is truly about making a positive difference in people’s lives.

Delivering great care to our customers starts with attracting and hiring the right talent at the right time.

A functional review of our Talent Acquisition practices has pathed the way for a pragmatic and active Talent Acquisition Manager who can lead and deliver this transformation in a complex but supportive organisation under the leadership of the Director of HR to join our ‘ HR family’.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will make a huge difference to the organisation and in turn the lives of people across Australia.

As a major part of the role:

  • You will define and implement a clear and concise recruitment strategy.
  • You will be responsible for developing and managing collaborative and influential partnerships across the organisation so that quality talent outcomes are able to be achieved.
  • Your leadership will empower your team to thrive and develop deep expertise.
  • You will ensure TA delivery is efficient, inclusive, consistent and creates a positive experience for all involved.

To achieve success, you will collaborate with your team to:

  • Build critical talent attraction strategies.
  • Select and implement purposeful talent technologies.
  • Define and develop the skills and expertise of the team.
  • Ensure processes are simplified and fit for purpose.
  • Be data led (data is your friend and you know how to help others use it).

The Talent Acquisition team currently consists of seasoned HR Professionals, TA administration support and a Graduate Workforce Business Partner who collectively have delivered approximately 1000 hires during 2021.
