Children’s Ground Approach is Australian designed with First Nations peoples. They are committed to systems change to ensure dignity, justice and equity for all children and families. Their work focuses on national reform as well as evidencing a new way of working. Children’s Ground operates in Central Australia and across the Top End, with support provided by a Melbourne-based Shared Services team.

In line with key growth, Children’s Ground now seeks a Digital Fundraising Specialist to join its team. Reporting to the Director – Partnerships, Investments and Communications and working in a small team, you will lead the digital fundraising channels to drive aspirational donor growth. A digital expert, you will integrate support across regular giving acquisition, cash appeals, loyalty communications.

This hands-on role will continue the consistent message of Children’s Ground through thoughtful and creative engagement. You will be empowered to drive enhanced supporter engagement, develop web and social media content, increased donor acquisitions and run paid search campaigns. You will work closely with the Communications team to ensure brand consistency across multiple channels.

This redesigned role will see you develop a strong pipeline of new donor and supporters in line with the values of Children’s Ground. Your practical knowledge of data analytics, segmenting, reporting and digital marketing tools, will contribute to the enhancement of the greater fundraising team. Success in your role will ensure the delivery of the organisational goals to enable and empower First Nations children, their families and communities to change their futures.

About YOU

•Practical knowledge of fundraising databases (ideally Salesforce)
•Experience in database segmentation and data analysis
•Experience in digital marketing (ideally coordination and stewardship of digital marketing and fundraising campaigns)
•Ability to review and refine processes and systems to underpin best practice fundraising
•Genuine interest in social justice and the important work of Children’s Ground, plus alignment to their values – Creativity, Ability, Equity, Agency, Openness, Family & Disruption (and Love defined as trust, respect, spontaneity, compassion, laugher and humanity)
