About the role
The Director of Advancement leads a team of 13 across admissions, development, alumni/community relations, marketing/communications and archives, taking strategic and operational leadership responsibility for activities in all of these areas for the school.
To be successful, you will present a demonstrable track record in leadership and management of advancement activity, particularly in the area of philanthropic fundraising. The ability to operate at a senior strategic level building credible relationships with leadership, staff, volunteers and other stakeholders will be crucial. An in-depth understanding and appreciation for the College’s values and Marist tradition is essential.
