The Organisation:

Melba Support Services is a human rights, values based, not-for-profit community organisation committed to providing services that support individuals with disability to lead everyday lives of their choice.

 

The Role:
The Rostering Coordinator will develop and maintain SIL rosters, in partnership with Melba’s Outcomes team, that are aligned with supported persons NDIS funding and are commercially viable. This position is the point of contact for the SIL rosters and ensures ongoing accuracy of costs, funding and delivery.

Reporting to the SIL Quote Business Partner you will:

  • Provide a central point of ownership and information for Melba Rosters of Support
  • Be an active member of the NDIS Submissions and Funding Team; contributing to strategy and planning
  • Assess rosters through relevant tools to ensure commercial viability.
  • Align to departmental data management practices
  • Undertake specific projects on behalf of NDIS Submissions and Funding manager.
  • Provide and maintain regular reporting in relations to Roster status, providing key insights to the organisations
  • Ensure rosters are compliant of Melba’s Enterprise Agreements and reflective of approved funding
  • Identify and monitor risks

The Person:

The Offer:
