The Continence Foundation of Australia is the national peak body focussing on advocating for the improved quality of life for the 1 in 5 Australians who face stigma and restrictions because of bladder or bowel health issues.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Policy and Research Officer wanting to participate in the development of health policy in Australia. If you are passionate about policy development and advocacy, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a commitment to health and dignity for all, this role could be for you.

Working with this membership-based organisation, you will be building awareness and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive high quality advocacy and research activity. As part of the Policy and Research team you will contribute to and support stakeholder engagement and identify and scope policy issues and health needs. You will engage in policy influence, implementation and review in conjunction with the leadership of the Foundation.

To be successful in this role you will have a working knowledge of current health policies and reforms and have relevant experience, possibly through a similar role where you have had to develop reports, submissions and policy documents.
