About the role
Invitation to submit tender proposal to be an Authorised Visitor – NSW Trustee & Guardian
- Location: State-wide
- Non-payroll
The Customer Advocacy team is conducting a tender process for the engagement of independent, qualified and experienced professionals, referred to as Authorised Visitors.
Authorized Visitors meet with customers and gather information to ensure NSWTG provides the appropriate level of care and support based on each customer’s specific needs and circumstances.
Having obtained all relevant information, an Authorised Visitor will prepare a detailed report containing information and recommendations about how to improve the customer’s quality of life and the use of their funds in accordance with their needs and wishes.
Essential requirements
Authorized Visitors must hold a qualification in a relevant area including, but not limited to, social work, psychology, nursing, or occupational therapy, and will be experienced in providing service to people with decision-making disabilities.
