What we are looking for
A senior CRM and Data Administrator with experience in the non-profit space who is familiar with Salesforce or is looking to retrain to Salesforce and apply their high-level experience and knowledge. Ideally, you are a creative and analytical self-starter who can demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and show a curiosity to constantly improve processes to create better efficiencies and data insights.
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, you would be responsible for the development and support of all aspects of the Prince of Wales Hospital Foundation suite of business systems and associated applications built on the Salesforce platform. With scope across these platforms you will need to demonstrate flexible thinking and adaptability across the evolving landscape of campaigns and operational requirements. A team player with an investigative and solution-driven mindset would suit this position.
Your responsibilities include
- Ensuring that processes, automations and integrations operate as designed and analyse, troubleshoot and resolve (often complex) issues
- Escalating product-related issues to external vendors and working collaboratively to find a resolution
- Developing or enhancing solutions in associated tools for new processes or user requirements
- System administration including user and license management, configuring security and permissions, system access
- Supporting the fundraising team in managing the movement and manipulation of data, including running reports, prepare segmented data, import and export data from external vendors
- Develop end-user documentation and guides, including business rules, step-by-step guides, process maps, videos and training material
Skills and experience we’d like you to have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting, administrating, and developing solutions in the non-profit space.
- Experience with Salesforce desired but we are open to consider the right candidate with extensive experience with other CRM systems in the non-profit space
- Business Analysis skills including process mapping and process design
- Experience in producing end-user documentation including step-by-step guides, process maps, videos and training materials
- Experience in training or coaching team members in complex processes
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills in establishing requirements, estimating work effort and communicating delivery schedule
- Ability to adapt to changing demands as part of a collaborative team
