About the role
As Pulteney embarks on its 175th anniversary year in 2022, it is committed to building a stronger philanthropic culture among its close community, building on philanthropic activity and income which will help to remove barriers to education and inspire students from a diverse range of backgrounds to excel. Pulteney seeks a new Director of Philanthropy (Development Programs) who will provide innovative leadership, oversight, and strategic direction to the Development office in developing, organising, directing and implementing activities and programs in support of Pulteney’s philanthropic aspirations.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record in philanthropy program development and delivery, gained in the education or broader not for profit sector. The ability to build credible relationships with internal stakeholders, demonstrating best practice in philanthropic fundraising to build greater awareness of the impact of philanthropy in support of Pulteney’s strategic priorities will be essential.
