Founded in 2001, the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) is Australia’s largest human rights organisation, providing support to people seeking asylum. ASRC is an independent not-for-profit organisation whose programs support and empower people seeking asylum to maximise their own physical, mental, economic and social wellbeing. Championing the rights of people seeking asylum and mobilising a community of compassion, ASRC aims to create lasting social and policy change to deliver permanency, safety, freedom and justice to people seeking asylum and refugees.

To deliver on the new ambitious and transformational strategic plan (2022-5), ASRC is seeking three new Executive Directors to complement the current leadership team, all reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

Successful candidates will have proven experience in a senior leadership position, enabling and empowering a multi-disciplinary team, in relevant functions, to build capability, organisational effectiveness and great culture. Fostering an inclusive and positive culture, you will have the emotional intelligence to lead high-performing teams in a values-based organisation with a deep commitment to social impact and championing the rights of people seeking asylum and refugees.
