Operations Manager – NDIS Community Services – Western Sydney

TaylorCare Recruitment is proud to partner with an established NDIS provider to recruit for an experienced Operations Manager who will be apart of a flourishing NDIS provider Western Sydney.
 
The NDIS Operations Manager is responsible for running the daily frontline operations of the business. As NDIS Operations Manager you will be managing services for clients and also contributing to the growth and development of this organization. You will be able to provide a demonstrated natural leadership style and outstanding communication skills. You are a driven and passionate professional with an extensive experience over the years, across all NDIS systems.

You will report directly to the General Manager and you will be managing 1 direct report and up to 35 support workers.

A salary package of $120,000 – $130,000 + super + professional development depending on experience.

To be eligible to apply you will need the following:

• BA of Social Work, Psychology, Social Science or equivalent experience 
• 5-10 years of experience in Community Services 
• Have demonstrated knowledge and experience in management/leadership for other NDIS providers
• Demonstrated knowledge of the quality framework required in Disability sector
• Have demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining community relationships 
• Drivers Licence & National Police Check and WWCC up to date
