The program objectives include attracting, training and retaining a large additional workforce of home care workers to support the growing demand for customer access to home care. Together with the HCPs you will develop support initiatives for trainees, assist in retaining trainees and provide sector support, such as establishing communities of practice. You will work collaboratively with other teams responsible for training the trainees.

These are excellent opportunities to excel for those who have strong sales or business development skills ideally in the community, health, allied health or pharmaceutical sector.

Fixed term contracts are offered until August 2024; successful program delivery could see tenure extended. An immediate start is preferred. These roles are based in Parramatta, Bankstown and/or Canberra and flexible working conditions apply.
