JewishCare NSW is seeking applicants for this temporary role (up to 12 months) In this role you will provide exceptional Administrative services to our CEO and Executive team. This is a fast-paced role which requires a high level of organisation, problem-solving and multitasking skills often within short periods of time.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Administration for the CEO.
  • Creating reports and presentations as required.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Diary Management.
  • Providing administration support to the executive team when required.

You will be required to respond to multiple priorities at any one time. In order to be successful, you will need to be a motivated self-starter with strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence all relevant stakeholders and be able to handle pressure whilst also possessing a sense of humour amidst stressful situations. You will also be a team player and understand the importance of teamwork in order to get the job done.

This position will give you the opportunity to make the role your own and be challenged every day to exercise your skills.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for an exceptional person who has:

  • Previous experience as an EA/PA.
  • Some knowledge and understanding of the disability services or aged care industry.
  • The ability to learn systems and processes quickly.
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly to changes.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to find alternative options and solutions.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and adaptability with a commitment to “getting things done”.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

This role is SCHADS Level 4 – ($37.54 40.39 per hour) salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.
