Then maybe you should join our team? We are seeking an experienced Barista for our Social Enterprise Cafe to assist with the morning rush, working 15 to 30 hours per week. Our Social Enterprise focuses on giving people a helping hand to build the skills and experience they need to enter (or re-enter) the workforce. You will work with your experienced hospitality team to help train and guide the participants in the program. This is a casual position located in Camberwell. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: This role will suit a candidate with the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience in hospitality industry, experience in a busy café environment as a Barista is highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Sympathetic to the principles of Social Enterprise and ability to work as part of a team with capacity to operate within a training environment
