The Older Persons High-rise program (OPHRSP) Support Worker provides support to residents at 5 high-rise estates within the cites of Stonnington and Port Philip.

Responsibilities include assisting tenants to manage activities of daily living and organizing and facilitating groups.

This role is supported by a multidisciplinary team and another Support Worker.

Ideally, you will possess:

• A professional qualification in health or community services.
• Experience in working with marginalised people from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to organise and facilitate groups.
• Excellent knowledge of the health , welfare and community sector.
• A clear understanding of the principles of Community Development.
