The Organisation:
Body Safety Australia is focused on promoting childhoods free from violence so children can enjoy equitable and respectful relationships. They deliver on their mission by collaborating with education providers to supply programs and strategies to empower our young people.

The Role:
The administration role will see you be the first point of contact for the organisation, speaking directly with clients, answering queries and making recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients, over the phone and via email
- Managing general email inbox
- Managing bookings and timetables of educators
- Assisting in the production of educational resources
- Copying, filing, laminating, mail
- Keeping CRM updated and compliant
- Ad-hoc administrative duties and projects
The Candidate:
To be effective in the role you will:
- be a great communicator, able to show empathy and patience where required
- have good interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with people
- be able to demonstrate commitment and values alignment to the mission of the organisation
- have good organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise workload
- enjoy working within a small team, contributing to the office culture
- solid technical skills, able to pick up new systems quickly and ideally experienced with Microsoft Office software
