About the role
Fernlea Community Care provides centre-based day respite and in-home care for people with life limiting illness, chronic conditions, and dementia. With day-respite centres in Emerald and Pakenham, and an in-home service that covers the southern and eastern suburbs of Melbourne, our primary focus is to deliver the best possible standard of care to our clients and their families.
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional who will be responsible for leading our marketing and communications activity and using effective strategies to reach those in need of our services.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field, or significant proven experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategy, including generating and converting leads
- Experience building effective marketing programs through digital and direct marketing, social media, content
Experience working in the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
