The Role:
The role is responsible for managing marketing services and brand functions across the organisation. Collaborating closely with the Communications Manager and Community & Corporate Manager, this role is required to create, execute and manage new campaigns that will inspire, educate and increase community engagement to attract new members/volunteers, donors, and supporters.

Specifically, you will be required to:
  • Become a champion of the brand in the organisation to promote the key stories, messages, and deliverables
  • Create and implement efficient systems to help track and manage the operations of campaign delivery
  • Manage internal operations and introduce internal stakeholders to new processes
  • Provide strategic marketing and branding direction to the Marketing team
  • Act as an advisor to internal stakeholders and partners such as volunteers and members
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in Brand Management
  • Ability to provide advice and direction to internal & external stakeholders
  • Experience creating digital marketing campaigns, EDMs and marketing collateral
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
  • Team leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent organisational and operations management skills

  

In addition, you are likely to be degree qualified in marketing and will be required to undertake a Police Check.

This role is a full time, permanent position, based in Box Hill and with Working From Home options. An attractive salary package is on offer, along with PBI/NFP salary packaging.
