NDIS Team Leader – Allied Health

TaylorCare Recruitment are proud to partner with a thriving growing NDIS provider to exclusively recruit for an experienced Allied Health Team Leader to work with children and a multi disciplinary team of professionals.

THE ROLE:

This exciting new permanent Full time role as a Allied Health Team Leader who is based in Casula in Sydney

The roles will include managing a multi disciplinary team Allied Health professionals who provide assessments and interventions to child, youth and their families with a wide range of developmental conditions and special needs including autism. The position also allows for flexibility and independence in your work arrangements and workload.

About the Role:

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Degree in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychologist or Equivalent
• Previous experience working with people with disabilities and/or clients with complex needs
• Experience with children with autism spectrum disorders and developmental delays
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients their families and staff
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Current drivers’ license
• Current Police Check
• Current WWCC or willing to obtain one
