About the Role

The Project Analyst role supports the Project Management Officer in ensuring that projects are managed and reported on in a timely manner and ensuring that projects have support to understand their ROI and are capturing their financial and community impact. Support strategic project managers with to help make the big-picture decisions.

  • Supporting the Project Management Officer
  • Analysis on projects financials, timelines and ROI
  • Project administration
  • Compilation of reports and dashboards
  • Project register data gathering and analysis to ensure correct data is captured
  • ROI, prioritisation, modelling and analysis and comparison within agreed PPM process
  • Project reporting consolidation and data presentation against key metrics to highlight early warning
  • Dashboard creation and management
  • Portfolio reporting consolidation and data presentation against key metrics to highlight early warning

Other duties as directed from time to time within your skills range and capacity.

Selection Criteria

  • Excellent research skills in collecting the information needed to push through with new business projects
  • Top-notch communication skills for presenting new ideas and strategies that can could improve current planning processes
  • Highly organised; will need to manage project schedules, goals, and communications between workers involved
  • Excellent collaborative skills and ability maintain positive work relationships
  • Excellent with managing finances and optimizing the budget given
  • Excellent data skills
  • Solid computer skills particularly with Excel.
