About the role

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join our Not for Profit Charity working from our East Melbourne office,  

Full – Time Position 38 hours P.W 

The primary purpose of this position is to provide a high level of confidential administrative support to our small team in our corporate office, including our Chief executive officer and Board.

Reporting directly to the CEO some of your responsibilities will include:

Office Administration duties as required

Compile accurate reports for partners / stakeholders

Project support / work

Take accurate minutes at all board meetings

Organise travel and accommodation requests for the corporate staff team.

To be successful in this role you will have 3+ years experience in a similar Executive Assistant / Office Manager position. Additionally, a high level of Excel and other Microsoft reporting tools would be advantageous for this position.

This position would suit someone who is capable of working to deadlines and has excellent attention to detail.

Your ability to maintain absolute confidentiality, privacy and discretion with all information is a must for this role. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills in order to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key stakeholders relevant to the achievement of business objectives. 

The position requires you to work between the hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday through Friday.

You will enjoy building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders whilst actively contributing to organisation achieving delivering on its strategic goals and the best possible results for both our clients and supporting partners.
