About the role

We are looking for an empathetic and reliable Administration Officer to join our Kingston Early Childhood Approach (ECA) Team!
This important role will work on a full-time basis until the 30th of June 2023 (possibility of extension).

What you’ll be doing

In this varied role, you will:

  • Support the ECA team with daily operations, inquiries, scheduling, data collection, and reporting
  • Be the welcoming face, both on-site and over the phone, for the ECA program, ensuring a professional, timely and appropriate level of service is provided to all families, children and carers
  • Maintain up to date spreadsheets, data, files and other documents as required
  • Schedule travel arrangements for the regional teams and leadership team
  • Contribute to a workplace environment which supports peers, develops teamwork and ensures the provision of quality services for agency clients

 

 

Who you’ll be working with

Reporting to the Regional Lead – ACT, you will provide quality administrative support to the Early Childhood Approach team, which is made up of committed allied health professionals, teachers, social workers, educators, and administrative/reception staff.

 

About you
To thrive in this role, you will:

  • Demonstrate patience and take pride in mentoring and supporting others
  • Possess ability to multi-task, be organised, show initiative and problem solve
  • Be proficient in the use of digital technologies, systems, and software
  • Have experience in processing invoices and credit card reconciliation
  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar role in a busy and complex environment
  • Be available to work on-site full time providing support to our clients and team
  • Early Childhood, NDIS or disability experience is looked upon favourably
