About the role
As the College celebrates its 140th anniversary, it is looking to the future, and the opportunity has been created for a new Director Advancement to join the team. Spearheading the College’s new campaign and reporting to the Executive Director, Engagement, this is a newly created position and a fabulous opportunity to work both strategically and operationally to deliver against campaign objectives. Establishing long lasting relationships in support of the College and Wade Institute, this role will lead the College’s core fundraising initiatives including principal and major giving, bequests and planned giving, donor relations, annual giving, research, cultivation and stewardship.
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record in all aspects of philanthropic fundraising, ideally with experience driving and leading a campaign. With the ability to embed a culture of giving throughout the College and Wade Institute communities, and a commitment to best practice, the candidate will have proven experience leading a team and have a natural ability to foster long lasting relationships across all facets of College life.
