The Role
Reporting into the CEO and working in collaboration with the Communications and Marketing, IT and Finance managers, you will lead a small membership team and contribute to strategies and initiatives that will strengthen membership growth, engagement and retention.
You’ll instil a core culture for the provision of exceptional membership experience and participation as you manage the team to collectively address membership inquiries and issues, drive outward engagement, support campaigns and initiatives, and deliver data analysis and reporting.
Skills Required
You’ll have worked in a management position ideally within a membership based organisation and or a union.
You offer demonstrated people leadership skills where you have coached, mentored and motivated staff and as a highly organised individual with a strategic and innovative mindset, you have the ability to work collaboratively with senior management and external stakeholders, whilst also ensuring competing priorities are met.
You also bring:
- Experience in analysis of membership data, reporting, work flow management, process assessment, evaluation and improvement
- Resilience and a member centric focus with a strong commitment to members and union values
- Skills in iMIS or other membership CRM systems
