As the National Fundraising Campaign Manager, be motivated that your career contribution has purpose and drives positive social impact.
You will utilise you best practice project management skills to project manage the end to end delivery of major fundraising campaigns such as The Salvation Army’s iconic Red Shield Appeal. You will work across all fundraising departments to ensure campaign delivery stays on track, maintaining governance and leading post campaigns reviews.
You will also be overseeing the development of campaign communications and creative assets, supported by internal specialists and agency partners. Previous experience traffic managing the delivery of high volume marketing operations would be beneficial.
What we like about you:
- Degree in Marketing/Fundraising/Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience managing large scale, cross-functional campaigns across the full project lifecycle including developing project plans, campaign briefs, managing stakeholder engagement, developing a campaign framework and model, managing budgetary and resourcing constraints
- Demonstrated ability managing the delivery of a high-volume marketing operation unit with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- A strong understanding of marketing strategy, communication, briefing, content creation, agency management across broadcast and digital channels, paid, owned and earned media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong storytelling ability
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, projects and campaigns
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership skills and the ability to nurture a strong team culture
