Your new role:
Be a creative visionary with the ability to see opportunities whilst having the business acumen to shepherd ideas from the seedling staffed through to production.
- Lead, manage and grow our Innovation & Design team, fostering individual and collective creativity
- Marshal our Innovation Incubator through research, insight, co-design, prototype and business modelling
- Oversee our Client Voice Program, ensuring client insight is at the heart of decision making
- Develop and deliver new concepts and models, service and channel design and, written proposals to secure and renew funding – identifying opportunities and for growth
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications/experience in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field
- A proven track record in business innovation, service design and relationship management
- Senior leadership experience and highly developed stakeholder engagement skills
- Exceptional writer with superior attention to detail, with the ability to write tenders and proposals
- Team player who is energetic, positive, friendly and has a flexible approach
- Demonstrated experience in developing digital and innovation strategies to create new products will be highly regarded for this role
