About the role
HMRI now seeks a new Senior Philanthropy Manager to join a team of staff who are conscious trailblazers, community cultivators, and thoughtfully candid in their interactions with others. Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, the Senior Philanthropy Manager will play an integral role in helping to increase HMRI’s philanthropic funding, with a focus on major gifts.
Integral to success will be experience in and comfort with securing philanthropic funds or applicable skills in business development, sales, marketing or similar will also be considered. A donor-centric, service-orientated approach with high level analytic and communication skills in listening and communicating to a wide range of stakeholders will be vital.
