About the role
We’re on the hunt for a marketing superstar to join our smart, close-knit and hard-working team.
Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you’ll assist in campaign development from creation to execution, implementing impactful digital marketing solutions to help grow Pro Bono Australia and maximise our social impact.
You’ll be working to bring value to our audience through partnerships, webinars and events, as well as customer service. You’ll be comfortable working autonomously, and have a ‘anything is possible’ attitude. Initiative is welcomed, and encouraged! Work from home and flexible options available.
The role:
- Coordinating multi-channel campaigns throughout the year, including managing creative, copy and assets through to PIRs
- Liaise with external partners for graphic design, website development and event management
- Moderate graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite
- Social media management
- Website updates using WordPress
- Create and execute email campaigns through Mailchimp
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Pro Bono Webinar program
- Reflecting brand and product communications across all platforms to ensure effective and optimised engagement and revenue
- Supporting Pro Bono Australia with copy driven by consistency, brand values and content purpose
- Customer service and administration assistance
About you:
- Marketing or communications degree
- 3-4+ years of experience within a marketing department
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Sprout and Mailchimp
- Understanding of google analytics and SEO / SEM principles, plus experience working with social advertising
- You love keeping up-to-date with the latest digital trends and have a desire to learn and build on skills and knowledge
- You are organised, a forward thinker, demonstrate initiative, and you care about doing good.
