Board Chair

Working with a team of committed directors and shareholders, you will lead the Board and organisation in ensuring governance excellence in a growth environment. You will contribute to a continued environment of collegiality and thoughtful, open discussion of issues while efficiently managing a busy agenda. You will ensure the pursuit of the organisation’s strategic plan, adequate progress tracking, and accurate reporting. You will work closely with the CEO to effectively implement Board decisions. 

You are an experienced non-executive director with a record of contributing to good governance, ideally with experience in both clinical and commercial settings. You have demonstrated leadership skills and the capacity to ensure that all stakeholders contribute equally to decision-making. You are skilled in strategy development and providing sound measures to assess progress. You have demonstrated experience in managing quarter-over-quarter growth in market share, profitability, revenue and customer retention in a competitive landscape.
