The Position
The purpose of this role is to partner with our people leaders across the organisation to understand the
The key responsibilities for this role are:
- Working with HR Business Partners, organisational leadership, and internal customers, identify individual and group training and development needs consistent with the service provision and the SVDPV approach.
- Support the development and implementation of an appropriate leadership program/s to support the ongoing capability of SVDPVs leaders.
- Consult with internal stakeholders to update existing training programs and conduct reasonable adjustment assessments for cohorts in conjunction with HR Partners & L&D Manager.
- Work with the L&D Manager to analyse, design, develop, and deliver learning solutions in both online and F2F modes.
- Consider learning objectives, consult with subject matter experts and source relevant information to develop relevant and contemporary content.
- Facilitate a range of topics including, Induction programs, Systems training, Compliance and Interpersonal and professional development skills.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The Person:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Degree in Education, Human Resources or another relevant field, or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Minimum 5 years experience in facilitating soft skills, induction programs, theory and systems training
- Solid knowledge and application of contemporary learning practices (e.g. learning strategies, needs assessments, capability mapping, instructional design)
- Extensive Experience in Learning/Instructional design, Training Needs Analysis
- Experience developing end-to-end L&D solution delivery from design and implementation – to time, cost and quality, as well as having a demonstrable track record of managing and delivering multiple projects at any one time
- Exceptional experience in actively engaging and collaborating with everyone, from internal stakeholders to business partners to external consultants Demonstrated experience in developing and sustaining effective working relationships, and partnerships in order to achieve effective client outcomes
- Experience developing and monitoring program metrics
- Strong experience with IT systems, online learning systems, reporting, data management and analysis
- Project management skills with the ability to plan, implement, monitor, communicate, review, and provide progress reports to all key stakeholders
