About Us:

For 25 years, national charity the Alannah & Madeline Foundation has worked to safeguard every child’s right to live free from violence and bullying. We recognise the dangers children face today are increasingly complex, so we innovate, adapt and respond.  

Dolly’s Dream was set up in memory of Dolly Everett, aged 14, who took her own life after an extended period of bullying and cyber bullying.  Dolly left behind her parents Tick and Kate and her sister Meg, who are now focused on helping prevent other families from going through the same devastating experience.

The role:

This role is formally based in our new office in South Melbourne. We have a hybrid way of working and offer flexibility based on the premise that work will remain the focus of any flexible working arrangement.

Reporting into the Dolly’s Dream Head of Engagement, this is a new full-time role. Contracted until January 2026, this position will be responsible for supporting the Dolly’s Dream team to deliver the fundraising, marcomms and programs strategy.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Database management, including updating and creating accurate records and reporting.
  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of the monthly newsletter.
  • Sending collateral and making welcome and thank you calls to fundraisers / donors.
  • Support the coordination of Dolly’s Dream workshops
  • Monitor and respond appropriately to inbound general email queries.
