About the role
Travellers Aid in partnership with V/Line is implementing a new connection assistance service for people with mobility challenges at Ballarat railway station.

The Site Supervisor plays an integral part in implementing the project plan, working closely with the Operations Manager of Travellers Aid and V/Line stakeholders. They will build (or use their existing) local knowledge and networks to establish a solid volunteer base for the roll-out and ongoing delivery of the project.
What we are looking for:
- Experience working with people with disabilities, older people and people from diverse backgrounds
- Experience overseeing and/or guiding staff/volunteers
- Personal care qualification or equivalent at the level of Certificate Ill or greater, such as Certificate IV in Disability studies or nursing studies essential
