About the opportunity
The Retirement Village Liaison Officer is the on-site liaison staff member for residents and their families at Uniting’s Gardiner Lodge retirement village in Glen Iris.
The role provides an approach to service delivery that is consumer-centred and aims to provide safe, affordable and secure living for retired persons. This role is also responsible for building community relationships to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction and village reputation.
About you
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in community development
- Well experienced in customer service delivery in the not-for-profit sector.
- Retirement village service delivery experience would be an advantage.
- Established skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint), experience using property management software and desk top publishing.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively and in partnership with residents and their families
