About the role
Reporting to a capable and encouraging CEO, you will manage an enthusiastic team and be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of CCA’s overall fundraising and engagement programs. Your objective is to grow and diversify income to a higher level that will drive the organisation’s effectiveness and impact.
As an important member of the leadership team you will be a strategic thinker and a ‘people person’ who can build genuine relationships. This high level role demands a professional with extensive experience in philanthropy and development, and the ability to generate funds through multiple donor channels – someone who approaches things differently from conventional ‘campaign type’ fundraising.
