The Role:
Reporting to the Executive Manager Accommodation Services, the Senior Service Delivery Manager SLO is responsible for the operational management and clinical governance and oversight of Supported Living Options (SLO) Services teams. This service focuses on support to children, young people and adults with complex support needs related to dual diagnosis, behaviours of concern, high physical support or interaction with multiple service systems. ONCALL’s approach will concentrate on building the person’s capacity and achieving long-term goals.

Reporting to the Executive Manager, with a small team  you will:
  • In collaboration with the Executive Manager Accommodation Services develop Supported Living Options Operational plan
  • In collaboration with Executive Manager Accommodation Services and Housing Development Manager, support the plan for the growth of Support Living Options in Victoria to advance the business in line with annual targets
  • Drive direct reports and teams to ensure ability to meet service delivery expectations are exceeded, that documentation, reporting and adherence to ONCALL policies and procedures and met
  • Ensure feedback, incident management and reporting for all accommodation services against agreed timelines, with continuous improvement identified
  • Work collaboratively with all teams, families/guardians and external stakeholders for the management and delivery of highly complex, tailored individual support services in Supported living Options
  • Provide strong clinical governance, safeguarding and leadership across all services provided
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based reports to the Executive Manager Accommodation Services and Executive team as required
  • Attend internal committees and working groups as requested
  • Ensure ONCALL After Hours Service is delivered to a high standard,
The Person:
You’ll be driven and passionate about building capability within your team. In addition, you possess:
  • Tertiary Qualification in disability or other appropriate tertiary qualification relevant to working in the Disability/NDIS Sector
  • Significant experience in Accommodation Services in Supported Living Options
  • Significant experience in a leadership position within a community services organisation
  • Significant experience and knowledge of NDIS and Specialist Disability Accommodation
  • Thorough understanding of legislation and quality framework related to the Sector and NDIS
  • Experience working with people of all ages, with complex needs and behaviours
  • Experience in managing NDIS Reportable Incidents
  • Experience advocating an active support model based around a person centred and individualised support approach
