The role
The Board of Bedford College is currently looking for a strategic and forward-thinking CEO to take leadership of the next phase of the College’s development. Working with a skills-based board, you will be responsible for scoping, planning and implementing the strategic plan, leading the organisation through the next phase of educational, technological and sectoral change. You will continue to build on the reputation and profile of the College, while optimising the strong connection the College holds with the Baptist denomination and agencies.
To be successful you will be a transformational leader who can demonstrate the application of a Christian world view in the workplace. Your deep experience in the tertiary / VET sectors in education will be complemented by your capacity to lead and deliver change in a complex and highly regulated environment. Key to your success will be your strong commercial acumen and business skills with a proven ability to innovate, transform and position the College for future growth.
