About the opportunity
This is a specialist position that will see the Community Services Trainee placed within Uniting’s Children, Youth and Families Teams for the duration of their on-the-job training. The Community Services Trainee will provide support to the delivery of objectives and meeting client needs within the Children, Youth & Families Division while completing on-the-job training in a Diploma of Community Services.
Under the guidance of experienced supervisors and colleagues, the Community Services Trainee will develop skills, knowledge and experience associated with delivering a range of services to the local community. On completion of their formal qualification, the Community Services Trainee will be job-ready for future employment across a range of sectors within the Community Services Industry.

About you
To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having:
- Successfully completed year 10 (minimum)
- Lived Experience with Rural Victoria (Desired)
- Knowledge of the Community Services Sector
