About the organisation
Warramunda Village is a community owned organisation committed to the care and support of our elders and people with a disability in the Kyabram community. The organisation manages an 82-bed residential aged care facility, a growing independent living unit retirement village, supported accommodation, and supports over 130 people in the community through in-home care services. They are seeking a qualified and experienced finance professional for this important role.

The Financial Accountant is responsible for overseeing accurate and timely invoicing and payments; undertaking accurate and timely submissions of claims to relevant government departments; ensuring timely financial transactions and reconciliations for monthly financial reporting; monthly management reports; payroll related duties and providing financial support to management.
To be considered for this challenging role you will be a qualified Accountant (eg CPA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent) and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role/level of financial responsibility. You will be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge of aged funding and reporting requirements.
