Forsight homes, provide a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment with trained staff available around the clock for constant care as required. Forsight Australia has recently tripled in size and the current Chief Executive Officer, together with his Board of Directors has restructured the organisation aligned with a three-year strategic plan to support the size, scale and quality of services. It is currently turning over $27 million and employing close to 300 staff.

The role
Building on its success to date and trusted reputation, the Forsight’s next Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will work closely with the Board to guide the organisation’s vision and strategy, enhance day-to-day operational management and maintain a strong financial foundation to underpin continued growth as Forsight embarks on its next positive chapter.
The successful candidate will bring strong leadership capability and a commercial mindset with proven success across multi-dimensional, complex businesses in a relevant people-centred setting, with evidence of having made significant commercial decisions to support the financial health of an organisation. You will be adept at balancing the commercial imperatives of a Human Services organisation with service delivery outcomes and ideally have an understanding of the disability sector and NDIS. Importantly, you will have a strong cultural alignment to Forsight’s purpose and values.
